Senator Leman requested that the reconsideration on SENATE                                          
CONCURRENT RESOLUTION NO. 46 be taken up. The resolution                                            
was before the Senate on reconsideration.                                                           
                                                                                                    
The question to be reconsidered: "Shall SENATE CONCURRENT                                           
RESOLUTION NO. 46 Suspending Rules 24(c), 35, 41(b), and 42(e),                                     
Uniform Rules of the Alaska State Legislature, concerning House Bill                                
No. 451, relating to reimbursement of municipal bonds for schools,
